Dr. C. Evans Otuza, the Vice President, Information Resources is the current and the second University Librarian of Clifford University who took over from Dr. Saturday U. Omeluzor on June 6, 2019. Dr. Otuza is a forward thinking Information professional with a penchant to maximizing latest technologies in Information/Library  Management as well as services. He is also an academic and researcher with specialization in Business Informatics, Econometrics, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems/Management, and Organizational Information Culture. He has lectured fourteen years in the department of Information Resources Management at Babcock University. He is currently an active member of NLA, NALISE, ASDAL Africa and ASDAL (Global) International.
